   River View Ousts Cedar Park, 45-30

YAKIMA, Wash. -- Sara Shelton scored 14 points and Miranda Bronson added 13 as River View cruised to a 45-30 win over Cedar Park Christian on Thursday in the Class 1A girls state tournament.

Sixth-ranked River View improved to 20-6. Cedar Park Christian, ranked No. 7, ended its season at 20-7.

Shelton converted four of nine 3-point attempts, and the Panthers made six of 14 3-point tries.

Miranda Bronson pulled down a game-high 12 rebounds. River View finished with a 50-46 rebounding advantage.
RV built a 21-14 halftime lead and pulled away with a 15-8 third-quarter run.

Ashleigh Salios and Ashley Johnson scored 11 points each for the Eagles. Johnson had a team-high seven rebounds.
