Hahn Powers White Pass, 46-35

YAKIMA, Wash. -- AJ Hahn scored nine of his game-high 15 points in the second half to power White Pass to a 46-35 victory over Onalaska on Friday in the consolation bracket of the Class 1A boys state tournament.

Teammates Kory Hamre and Brandon Redmon chipped in 13 and 11 points, respectively, as the Panthers (18-8) advance to Saturday’s 9 a.m. game against Winlock to play for fifth place.

All of Hahn's points came from 3-pointers. He took only seven shots, making five.

The Panthers pulled ahead for good in the second quarter, when they outscored Onalaska 17-6. Hahn hit two of his five 3-pointers in that quarter.

Hahn also pulled down a game-high eight rebounds as White Pass dominated the boards, 27-13.
