Mosiman Powers King's, 59-45

YAKIMA, Wash. -- Sara Mosiman scored a game-high 21 points, and King’s used an 18-3 fourth-quarter run to come away with a 59-45 consolation-round victory over Warden on Friday in the Class 1A girls state tournament.

Mosiman scored seven points in the fourth quarter, when the Knights rallied from a 42-41 deficit after Warden took its only lead of the game in the third quarter.

Caitlyn Faidley added 12 points and Danielle Clauson 11 for King’s (22-5), which will face Columbia at 2 p.m. Saturday for fourth place.

Mosiman, who made 7 of 15 field-goal tries and 7 of 12 free-throw attempts, also pulled down a team-high 11 rebounds.

Mara McPartland led Warden (18-8) with 15 points and 11 rebounds, and Kristin Brandt added 14 points.
