JT Levenseller scored a game-high 20 points to lead 10th-ranked Pullman to a 46-43 upset win over third-ranked Lynden Christian on Wednesday in the Class 2A boys state tournament.

Brian Pan, who scored six points, put the Greyhounds ahead to stay with a layup with 3:13 to play. Levenseller, who scored 12 of his points in the second half, added a field goal, and, sandwiched around a LC basket, Pan sank a free throw to close the scoring.

Pullman, which trailed by eight points early in the game, improved to 18-6. The Lyncs slipped to 18-6.

Kevin Burgers and Kyle Coston paced the Lyncs with 16 points each, but LC was hurt by a poor shooting effort, making just 33 percent (13 of 39) of its shots.
