Lachelle Ives and Amanda Marchand each scored 14 points to lead sixth-ranked Lake Roosevelt to a 58-43 win over Burbank in the Class 1A girls state tournament Wednesday.

Ives scored 10 of her points in the first half as the Raiders (20-3) built a 32-25 halftime lead.

Marchand had eight of her points in the second half, including six during LR’s 17-8 scoring run in the third quarter.

Burbank’s Lauren Rada led all scorers with 18 points on 7-of-18 shooting, but she was held to six points in the second half. Rada and Rebecca Staley each had eight rebounds for the Coyotes (18-7).
