Bears back on top

     Brewster, playing in its record fifth straight championship game, turned back Toledo 56-47 tonight to win the Class 1A boys state title after two years as runner-up. It's Brewster's third title in the past five years.

Fantastic four!

     Colfax's Bulldogs became the first state basketball team ever -- girls or boys -- to win four consecutive state championships. Colfax beat King's 31-28 on two late free throws for its latest crown. It was the lowest winning score for a girls title game ever.
