Lummi in OT, 70-57

Ott leads fourth-ranked Jaguars with 18 points

Matt Campbell scored six of his 17 points in overtime to lead fourth-ranked Tri-Cities Prep past Lummi 70-57 for fourth place in the Class 1B boys state tournament Saturday.

The Jaguars (21-8) outscored Lummi 15-2 in the extra period after Prep’s Christian Roach tied the game at 55-55 with a pair of free throws with 18 seconds left in regulation. The Jaguars scored the first 13 points of overtime.

Andrue Ott led the Jaguars with 18 points and 12 rebounds, while Sergio Lopez added 13 points and Joe Campbell 10.

Brandon Dennis scored 17 points for Lummi (13-13), which earned its first basketball trophy in school history. Glen Robertson added 14 points, eight rebounds, six assists and two steals.
