Kami Yacinich and Aja Rodriquez each scored 12 points to lead Entiat to a 69-23 consolation victory over Lake Quinault in the Class 1B girls state tournament Friday.

The win puts Entiat (21-3) in Saturday's 9 a.m. game for fifth place against Garfield-Palouse (16-10).

The Tigers were hot from the field, converting 45 percent (30 of 67) of their shots. Lake Quinault, meanwhile, was cold, making just 18 percent (8 of 45).

Yacinich and Rodriquez also led the defensive effort with eight rebounds each. Yacinich also had six steals.

Kellie Sansom led the Elks with 16 points and nine rebounds.

Lake Quinault ended its season at 15-9.
