Drexler Doherty scored a game-high 15 points and pulled down seven rebounds to lead Neah Bay over Oakville 55-31 on Wednesday in the Class 1B boys state tournament.

Cody Bartlett added seven points for the Red Devils (20-1), who rolled up a 22-10 halftime lead and put the game away with a 20-11 third-quarter scoring run.

Izaha Powell paced Oakville (10-11) with 11 points. But the Acorns suffered from poor shooting, making just 22.6 percent (12 of 53) of their shots.

Neah Bay outrebounded the Acorns 56-34. Dominick DeBari pulled in a game-high 11 rebounds, including five offensive rebounds. Neah Bay had 21 offensive rebounds, which they converted into 21 second-chance points.
