had 17 points and 12 rebounds and Ellensburg advanced to its first state
title game with a 61-53 win over Elma in the Class 2A girls semifinals
Friday night.
Ellensburg (23-4) led by 12 at halftime, but was outscored 21-8 in the

missed a 3-pointer and the Eagles never got closer.
Thomas led all scorers with 24 points.
