Julie Ann Larrew sank a layup off an assist by Josie Kieffer to rally Columbia of Hunters to a 41-39 overtime victory over Neah Bay on Wednesday in the Class 1B girls state tournament.

Columbia trailed most of the second half, including a 10-point deficit late in the third quarter. But the Lions roared back, scoring the first five points of the fourth quarter and eventually cutting Neah Bay's lead to one, 34-33, with 2:48 to play in regulation.

Krista Colvin tied the score at 37-37 with a basket with 50 seconds to play, and Neah Bay missed four shots in the final 30 seconds to send the game into overtime.

The teams traded baskets in overtime before Larrew's game-winner. Neah Bay didn't get off a final shot.

Selena Osborn led the Lions with 11 points, and Larrew finished with eight.

Shayla Nagel paced Neah Bay with 14 points, and Stephanie Greene had 11 rebounds.
