Jay Cedergreen scored six of his 13 points in the fourth quarter as Quincy rallied back to beat ninth-ranked Pullman 43-34 on Friday in the Class 2A boys state consolation bracket.

The win advances the Jackrabbits (18-8) into Saturday's 10 a.m. game for fifth and eighth places.

Quincy trailed most of the game until Eric Martin's layup with two seconds to play in the third quarter snapped a 29-29 tie and gave the Jacks the lead for good. Quincy opened the fourth quarter with an 11-4 run that decided the outcome.

Pullman was held to just five points in the second half, and was blanked in the third quarter.

Cory Keller also scored 13 points for Quincy, and Martin finished with nine.
