Roosevelt pulls away
Egberts lead Raiders to 59-26 victory over Burbank

Cade Egbert scored 18
points and Ty Egbert added 16 as Lake Roosevelt cruised to a 59-26
consolation victory over Burbank on Thursday in the Class 1A boys state
tournament.
Cade Egbert sank 6 of
13 shots and 5 of 8 free throws as the Raiders (17-8) pulled away in the
second half. Ty Egbert hit 8 of 14 shots.
LR turned 17 Burbank
turnovers into 18 points and came up with nine steals. Cade Egbert and
Tanner Loe each had two takeaways.
Nathan Roberts led
Burbank (15-11) with eight points.
The Coyotes hurt
themselves with cold shooting, making just 17 percent (9 of 52) of their
shots.
