Shelby Lyman scored 15 points, including 10 in the first half, to lead fourth-ranked Archbishop Murphy to a 42-35 consolation-round victory over Squalicum on Friday in the Class 2A girls state tournament.

The win sends ATM (23-3) into Saturday's 10 a.m. game for fifth and eighth places against East Valley of Yakima. Squalicum ended its season at 18-9.

The Wildcats trailed after the first quarter but went on a 13-5 run in the second quarter to take the lead for good, though they never could completely shake the Storm.

ATM shot 32 percent (14 of 44) in the game, but Squalicum was ice cold, making just 18 percent (9 of 51) for the game.

Taylor Ulrich scored 10 points to lead the Storm.

Megan Carlson pulled down eight rebounds for ATM, and Sam Pettinger dished out seven assists.
